Mourning Bow

Description

A black bow displayed above a US flag is used to indicate mourning when the flag cannot be lowered to a half staff position. This mourning bow is constructed of 100% nylon and made in the USA. Tie a mourning bow to the top of a house mounted flagpole, just below the ball or eagle. A black mourning bow or ribbon is a requirement, not a recommendation, during half staff times.
