The very sturdy Peterboro Classic Picnic & Storage Furniture Finished Basket is constructed with a solid wood frame and finished with two coats of furniture clear lacquer for added protection from the elements. The bottom of the basket is also solid wood for added strength and durability. Two swing handles, attached with old fashioned wood dowels, give this basket a traditional feel. There is plenty of room inside for a throw, dinner for two, a bottle of your favorite beverage, and drinking glasses.
This is a solid, handcrafted basket to carry your essentials with you to the ocean or lake. For handy, creative people, this basket is perfect for storing sewing, crochet or knitting supplies, as well as other craft or art items.
Choose the option to personalize this basket. Your personalization will be laser engraved on a solid cherry wood oval shaped plaque and securely centered to the non-swing portion of the lid. There are two size options: The large size is 6″ L x 1″ at the widest point. The small size is 3 ¼” L x 1″ at the widest point.
This classic picnic basket is available in Honey, Cherry, and Driftwood Gray finishes, as well as in Natural White Ash. It comes with the solid brass Peterboro Basket medallion on the front and a limited lifetime warranty. The basket measures approximately 18½”L x 10⅞”W x 11⅛”H.
