Description
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP “Extravecchio” is suitable for any food preparation, from appetizer to dessert and it is also a very good after-dinner if enjoyed pure at the end of the meal (Digestive effects). It is made of acetified cooked grape must only and is aged in wood barrels for minimum 25 years (with annual transfers “travasi” in different barrels).
